Henan Youcan Hydraulic 2024 Quality Month Summary Conference

On 7 October 2024 at 5pm, all Youcan family members attended the 2024 Skills Recognition Meeting! The skills competition started in June and ended in September with the selection of outstanding employees and outstanding workshops. The event is held once a year, aiming to improve the staff's awareness of production safety and vocational skills at work, so as to improve the quality of products, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise!

Youcan Hydraulic provides employees with a better technical exchange platform and skill knowledge enhancement. This activity gave the excellent staff held an award ceremony and let everyone share their work experience, so that other employees also understand the shortcomings of their own work, so that they have a clearer direction for their future work.
