Henan Youcan Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. is a newly upgraded factory of Luohe Weideli Rubber Products Co., Ltd. Construction of the new factory started in March 2020, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation in January 2021, covering an area of more than 50 acres.
