01 General Manager's Speech

At the beginning of the annual meeting, Youcan Hydraulic's General Manager Zhao Jianshe opened the event with a powerful speech. He comprehensively reviewed the struggles of 2024, covering technical innovation, market expansion, and team building. He emphasized: 'In the field of hydraulic fluid technology, only by adhering to innovation-driven and quality-based principles can we ride the waves in global competition.'

02 Award Ceremony

The annual meeting awarded first, second, and third prizes for outstanding sales performance to business managers, as well as growth awards. Outstanding production employees were awarded the titles of Excellent Workshop Director and Excellent Team Leader. 03 All-Staff Lottery Session

The lottery session, themed 'Lucky Transmission', set up 75 cash red envelopes of varying amounts: 20 yuan, 50 yuan, 100 yuan, and 200 yuan. As the lucky list was drawn on the big screen, cheers erupted throughout the venue.

⭐ Eight members of the special guest team from the District Civil Affairs Bureau presented 'On the Horizon' in a multi-part harmony. The melodious singing echoed throughout the stage.

⭐ The collision of traditional art and modern corporate culture became a highlight. Cao Jiahui, an employee from the winding workshop, delivered a powerful performance that cleverly reflected the core spirit of 'justice and integrity' from the historical drama 'Luoyang Ling' onto Youken's core value of 'integrity in business', winning thunderous applause.

 

⭐ The 'Sister Flowers' of the inspection team, Zhang Huizhen, Liu Dan, and Zhang Yanyan, brought a vibrant performance of 'Dancing with Joy' by blending jazz dance with Chinese elements, instantly energizing the audience.

⭐ Shi Xinshi, an employee from the winding workshop, performed a solo on the sheng, with the clear and distant sound transporting the audience into a poetic scene of 'coexistence of technological innovation and traditional culture' against a watercolor-style 3D background.

 

⭐ Liu Xiangsheng, an employee from the filtering workshop, made a stunning entrance with a flowing dual-knife martial arts performance. Amidst the flashing blades, he interpreted the 'craftsman spirit of combining hardness and softness', with the host joking: 'With such skills, ensuring Youcan's safe production is absolutely reliable!'

⭐ The special guest team from the District Civil Affairs Bureau took the stage again, showcasing the joy of harvest with the ethnic dance 'Fragrant Apples'. The performers held golden hand fans symbolizing abundant harvests, dancing lightly and joyfully, symbolizing Youcan's 'sowing innovation and harvesting quality' in 2025.

⭐ Zhao Zhihong, an employee from the weaving workshop, performed a classic Jin opera segment in a cross-dressing role, with humorous lyrics and vivid expressions that had the audience in stitches. She integrated the wit and bravery of 'Little Er Hei' into the daily struggles of Youcan employees, becoming another example of the fusion of traditional culture and corporate spirit.

 

⭐ Cheng Xiaoli from the logistics department ignited the atmosphere with her high-pitched rendition of 'Flame', singing 'The fire of struggle never goes out'; Wang Zhihong from the sales department interpreted 'Song in the Sky' with the passion of 'galloping through the market'; Xu Chenggang from the R&D department closed the show with 'Willingly', expressing heartfelt sentiments about 'growing together with Youken for twelve years', leading to a resonant chorus from the audience.
